We'll be placing our ECOMOD range of commercial monobloc air source heat pumps centre stage at this year’s CIBSE Build2Perform Live event, 13–14th November at London Excel - come and see us on stand 206. We'll also be presenting our CIBSE-approved CPD Heat Networks and Heat Interface Units.
Launched earlier this year, and new to CIBSE Build2Perform Live, our high temperature heat pumps are expected to gain considerable attention. The latest additions embrace natural refrigerants, and our ECOMOD 290HT which use R290 and has an ultra-low global warming potential (GWP) of three, and the ECOMOD CO2 heat pump featuring R744 natural refrigerant with a GWP of just one. Both models can achieve high temperatures; up to 75 degrees C in the case of the ECOMOD 290HT, making it ideal for Domestic Hot Water (DHW) applications and district heating systems
Making a welcome return to CIBSE Build2Perform Live is the POD Heat Interface Unit (HIU). Designed to meet all the requirements of the UK heat network installer, operator and end user, the POD HIU is available in indirect and direct models, in outputs of 30, 40, 50 and 60kW, with a further 70kW model for POD Indirect. These HIUs have proven particular popular due to their compact size, ease of installation and use. For those wanting to learn more about this subject, Richard Brown, Head of Specification Sales at Ideal Heating Commercial, will be presenting our CIBSE-approved Heat Networks and Heat Interface Units CPD. This CPD provides an overview of the benefits of heat networks and the role that HIUs play in ensuring the thermal comfort of the end user and the efficient operation of the network. For those not able to attend the CPD presentation at Build2Perform Live, it can be booked here and delivered online or in person.
Both ECOMOD and POD have been designed to work in harmony with each other and alongside Ideal Heating’s market-leading condensing boilers which will also be on display, these include the UK’s number 1 selling wall hung commercial boiler, Evomax 2, which will be displayed in cascade.
We will be sharing our stand with sister Groupe Atlantic heating companies, Hamworthy Heating and ACV, who will be displaying a range of their own commercial heating and hot water products.
The exhibition is the UK's premier event for climate resilience and the future of building services, and features over 70 hours of approved content tackling the latest news and trends across the building services sector.
