We are delighted to announce that Ideal Heating Commercial has been shortlisted for two BESA Industry Awards: Training Provider of the Year and Emily Wright who works in our Engineering Design department is nominated in the Apprentice - H&V Industrial & Commercial category.
The Training Provider Award nomination acknowledges the investment we have made in expanding our commercial training courses delivered by the Expert Academy team, and the upgrades to our Training Centres of Excellence. We’ve gone from having a handful of courses and CPD offerings to training that now covers the complete range of Ideal Heating commercial products. Also, the nomination recognises the delivery of a significant numbers of CIBSE approved CPDs by our specification team managers, designed to provide customers with the knowledge they need to successfully specify and design commercial heating systems.
Emily is currently three years into an Engineering Design and Draughtsperson Apprenticeship Standard (NVQ), which she is undertaking alongside a Higher National Certificate (HNC) Level 4 in Mechanical Engineering. And within the last few months has already won the prestigious Industrial & Commercial Heating Equipment Association ICOM Apprentice of the Year Award 2024.
These BESA industry awards recognise excellence in building services and reward individuals and businesses for outstanding projects, products and initiatives. The expert judges at BESA had 101 entries to review, so being shortlisted for these prestigious awards is excellent news.
Ideal Heating Commercial and ACV UK are exhibiting at the BESA Annual Conference and Awards ceremony which will take place at The Brewery London on the 17th October.
